Objective: Single, successful, color blind, and forced to move quickly due to rapid sale of his home, Obelisk Home was approached to create a collected, modern classic loft that was suitable for an executive with a zeal for life.

The client needed to create a defined area for entertaining in a challenging, non-conventional space. We achieved this through furniture placement, the addition of rugs, and anchor pieces. Another challenge this space presented was an inability to drill into the plaster walls, requiring creative solutions for hanging artwork and mounting the television. A custom mounting plate was created for the television that prevented drilling into the walls or modifying the entertainment console. Our client desired original art, modern styling, classic lines, and functionality. The finished design was everything asked for and more.
