Summit View Modern Glass House

SUMMIT VIEW LOWER LEVEL

When given the opportunity to create a multi-use space within one large area, we achieved the customers dreams by creating three distinct areas within one large space.

An over-sized sectional was placed upon a replica antique rug to marry the wife’s traditional taste with the husband’s contemporary taste. A pair of chairs was added opposite the sectional to create a small sitting area that could also be utilized to watch movies with the children piled up on the sectional. A second seating area was created with bright colored leather chairs and bright artwork to create a cozy sitting area in front of the fireplace.

A custom mural was painted on the wall to mimic camouflage but in bright colors to compliment the colorful artwork. The children and parents helped paint this mural so that it could be truly a family affair. 3 Large Circle mirrors were added to create drama and get reflect other areas of the room.

A pair of colorful chairs were neatly tucked underneath the staircase to create a reading area opposite the family library.

Now this space can be used for a quiet reading session, parents sitting in front of the fire having conversation while keeping an eye on the kids and their friends as they watch movies on the sofa.
