- Transitional Gourmet Kitchen: The expansive kitchen is designed for family life, featuring soft greige shaker cabinetry, a light grey chevron tile backsplash, crisp white solid-surface countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances.
- Skylit Spa Bathrooms: The bathrooms maximize natural light through strategically placed skylights, illuminating luxurious grey marble-look walk-in showers with herringbone floors, crisp white subway tub surrounds, and custom grey vanities.
- Curated Lighting & Details: Unique fixtures, such as a striking Moravian star pendant in the hallway and sleek glass pendants over the kitchen island, elevate the interior's transitional style.

Scope of Work
This residential renovation involved a comprehensive update of the kitchen, bathrooms, and transitional spaces. The kitchen was fully reconfigured with custom shaker cabinetry, a large contrasting center island, and a newly installed chevron tile backsplash, paired with rich, dark hardwood flooring throughout the main level. The bathroom overhauls required complete demolition to install custom vanities, heavy-duty frameless glass shower enclosures, and intricate tile work, including a bold geometric floor layout and a marble herringbone shower pan. Essential behind-the-walls work included plumbing updates for the new fixtures, drywall and framing adjustments to maximize the skylights, and modernized electrical wiring to support the new integrated lighting and statement pendants.
