Scope of Work
This interior remodel focused on preserving the home's historic charm while heavily injecting bespoke, artistic character throughout the living spaces. Extensive custom carpentry was required to build the floor-to-ceiling wood library shelving, the integrated dining banquette, and the bay window seating. The kitchen and bathroom underwent targeted renovations to install intricate blue-and-white patterned tile, with precise plumbing and layout adjustments to accommodate a heavy vintage range and a freestanding clawfoot tub. The original hardwood floors were refinished to ground the space, while the entryway staircase received a highly customized, hand-painted faux-bois finish. The project was completed with a comprehensive interior paint overhaul—ranging from moody darks to soft pastels—and the installation of specialized statement lighting across all main rooms.
