Complete add-a-level and interior renovation which included a new kitchen and a 2nd floor terrace for this client. The goal was to add as much elegant living space as possible and provide optimum views of both the river and ocean.

First, an alcove was built into the right side for the entry door access. Framed a clipped corner on the first floor front creating a better river view. The open terrace with French door access provides a great façade as well as being an often-used social area with great open views and overhang protection from excessive sun and rain.
