This Little Silver, NJ project converted a screen room to a year round living space. The family wanted a peaceful bonus room that would offer good views of the their yard and river. The project included high performance tilt and turn window walls with stained glass overlay in the transoms, French doors, porcelain floor tile, skylights, ceiling fan, lighting, and a wall heat/air conditioning unit.

The project was designed and developed by Neil Parsons of Design Build Pros. The craftsmanship was from Mark of Excellence.
