This design and build kitchen exercise room remodel project is located in Plainsboro, New Jersey. In the existing sunroom, where the exercise room remodel was to be located, the was endless pool that the homeowners weren't getting much use out of. Further, the homeowners found that they had a cluster of exercise equipment in their living room. Seeking to make changes, the homeowners hired the Design Build Pros to create an an exercise room that better suited the homeowner's needs. The craftsmanship was by ProSkill Construction.

Leave base and near wall
3' hinged door to exit
Upgrade to Pella windows with pleated sheets
4 freshair skylights
3 ceiling fan lights
12 mini recessed lights
30" floor tile
Install hinged door to match family room door
