This project can be classified as a simple basement remodel, as it was finishing and renovating approximately 900 square feet, but not adding many typical “major” basement features such as an entertainment center, wet bar, extra bedroom/bathroom, etc. The remodel makes these 900 square feet almost like a new new room addition to the home.

This Middlesex County basement project, while basic, included many components. Walls were sealed, vapor barrier, insulation, moisture-mold resistant drywall, new stairs, CoreTec Plus flooring, column wraps, recessed lighting, access closets and panels. No pipes or ductwork were relocated, they were allowed for in the design plan.
