Single-storey brick addition built between late March and mid-June 2016. Addition measures 24'x16' and has 9-foot ceilings and a full 8' ceiling basement with hydronic radiant heating in the concrete floor. Flooring on entire ground floor was replaced with Coswick oiled oak flooring. The home's original staircase was closed off so a small powder room could be built on the ground floor; the new staircase is in the addition. The kitchen and master bathroom were also completely renovated.
