This 1938 Leaside home was substantially renovated over a four-month period in late 2025. All windows, entry doors and interior doors were replaced, as were all baseboards and door casings throughout. Three bathrooms, a powder room and a kitchen were completely gutted and renovated. A load bearing wall spearating the kitchen from the family room was removed, and two large patio doors were added at the rear of the house.
