This Riverdale semi overlooking Withrow Park was renovated in three stages over 2015-2020. The first stage was a complete gut of the ground floor, including opening up load-bearing walls and installing a new open-plan kitchen with island. The next stage was a 2nd floor renovation with new bathrooms, built-in cabinetry, new windows and black exterior siding. The third stage was completion of front landscaping (performed by others).
