This ground floor plus basement addition was added to a three-storey semi-detached home in the Leslieville neighbourhood. From the client's move-out date of September 18 2023 to their move-in date of December 22 2023, construction took three months and four days. Over this short time span, the addition (containing new kitchen, new mudroom space and walk-out roof deck) was added, the remaining ground floor was fully reconfigured, master bathroom was fully gutted and renovated, laundry room was reconfigured, flooring and baseboards were replaced on all three floors plus basement, insulation and electrical upgrades were made, and the house was completely repainted top to bottom.
