This small Toronto semi was completely gutted on the ground floor, with all-new electrical, plumbing, HVAC and spray foam insulation, plus an IKEA kitchen with a mix of custom, flat-slab walnut doors and stock IKEA Voxtorp White doors. A contemporary-look glass-railing oak staircase was custom fabricated and installed in place of the original narrow, walled-off staircase.
