This house had great "modern" bones. The slanted roof line and the tall windows bring lots of light into the living room. The kitchen gets some spill over light from the front of the house but is mostly between two walls. The great fixtures from Tech Lighting really brightens the space. Moving the refrigerator out of the galley part of the kitchen really opened the space up and made what was a crowded kitchen an open one. The wall oven and micro on the same "tall wall" got those heat producers out of the kitchen and allowed even more handy storage with roll outs under the cook top. All of the other base cabinets are either 4 drawer or 3 drawer cabinets with full extension glides and soft close. No more kneeling to get something out of a cabinet. The Emperador Light Marble looks so rich next to the soft white paint used on the cabinets. A really wonderful change.
