Fair Lakes Small Farmhouse Kitchen

Here we have another condominium kitchen with lots of design flaws by the builder. The developer (again) decided to put in the cheapest products possible with no effort to make the space efficient. They installed a drop ceiling with no purpose other than making it easy to install the short wall cabinets and put in cheap fluorescent lighting. The low ceiling and the full depth refrigerator made this small kitchen appear even smaller. We eliminated the drop ceiling and installed a counter depth refrigerator and corrected the size of the sink base; all of which opened up this little space and multiplied the storage capabilities of the space many fold.
