The clients wanted to accomplish several things in their renovation. First, they needed a large master suite added onto the rear of the house with a deck suitable for a hot tub. They also wanted to expand their great room toward the front of the house by annexing some of the screen porch. Lastly, they wanted a new front entrance that would add curb appeal to the home.
