The clients wanted to completely change the exterior style of their 1990s traditional lake home to a more fitting rustic refined look. Synthetic stucco was replaced with a combination of Hardiplank, Hardipanel and Nichi Premium Sierra Shakes. The style also incorporated rustic timber trusses, standing seam metal roofing and cultured Horizon Stone. On the interior, the existing formal living room, dining room and kitchen were changed to an open floor plan with uninterrupted views of Lake Nottely. A new master suite completed the main elements of the interior.
