The clients wanted to add a master suite onto the end of their home so they no longer had to climb stairs to their master. They also wanted more space, a larger bath and closet. The home sits high on a bluff that looks down onto a rushing creek, so the view from the back of the house was very important. They also needed storage for their cars, bikes, lawnmower, kayaks and other equipment. A double detached garage with storage loft above, as well as storage beneath the new master suite, will provide that much needed space.
