The clients own a vacation home on a beautiful stretch of river in Murphy, NC. The home served also as a part-time rental. Their desire was to renovate the home to make it feel larger and more up-to-date with new expanded master bath and guest bath, gourmet kitchen, enlarged dining area and living room. A two-way fireplace greatly expanded the floor space in both the master bedroom and living room. New windows in the dining bump out and a 3-panel Pella bi-fold patio door let tons of new light into the home and enhanced their view of the river from the living area.
