The clients own a small rustic cabin deep within the national forest in Ellijay, Georgia. They plan to move permanently to the home and wanted a dramatic change to the existing structure. The new design shows a considerable increase in square footage along with Craftsman and Montana-style rustic details that appeal to their tastes. Included in the new design are an expanded kitchen, master suite, upstairs bedrooms and bath for their children, an office that doubles as a home schooling classroom, laundry, powder room, screen porch, outdoor living area with fireplace and carport.
