The client requested us to design a 3-car garage, 36' x 26', immediately adjacent to his Craftsman style home. The garage had very tight restrictions in order to meet neighborhood setback requirements from the street and rear property line. When constructed, it will set into a hill on the left side which required a 9' high poured wall. The storage space above was designed with attic trusses and an interior staircase.

Although detached, we designed a short breezeway roof that connects the garage to a side entrance to the house.
