The clients owned a 100-year-old farmhouse that desperately needed updating and expanding for their growing family. Their wish list included a new master suite and laundry addition in the rear, with a craft room above it in the attic. At the same time, the attic was redesigned with a more efficient bedroom and bath with multiple dormers to let in light and afford egress.
