Relocation can be a big factor when you are deciding to remodel a certain part of your house. It played a major role in this beautiful kitchen by relocating the powder and laundry room to add more kitchen space. The clients felt closed in before and wanted to open the place up. The clients wanted a massive island so they could be the place everyone comes to for a party. We created a rustic feel by building a brick arch grotto that matched the existing brick of the house. We were able to mesh the kitchen into the outdoor area which eliminated any chances of being too "crammed". It is truly amazing what a little bit of relocating can do!
