Privacy is important no matter what your situation is. This bathroom lacked privacy, functionality, and offered a layout that was disproportional. A giant tub took up the majority of the space and only allowed the homeowners to have a tiny "cave-like" shower. The existing double vanity almost ran into the shower, taking away more space from the already small shower. To increase flow, we installed separate vanities along with eliminating the giant tub. We were able to create a custom "spa-like" shower made with natural limestone and a frame-less glass door shower system. The separate vanities allowed each homeowner to have their own privacy. The dark cabinetry contrasted the light limestone, giving the bathroom a nice contrast. One cool feature we added was a custom tile heated floor that warmed up to the homeowners liking. Each homeowner was able to gain their own privacy while enjoying their new bathroom together.
