An underutilized, unfinished basement was begging to be turned into a multi-function entertaining space for a wonderful family of four. Dark and lacking natural light, the challenge was to figure out how to create a space for entertaining, guest room, exercise room, kitchenette and a comfortable seating area in front of a fire! We loved this challenge and think this space feels luxurious. The details are throughout this space. The guest bathroom features a custom sized niche. The glass French doors let light flow through and look at the unique three-sided electric fireplace. A custom bead board ceiling strategically stained to coordinate with the flooring and cabinetry is the icing on the cake.
