Classic Comfort
This mid-sized family home in the Morrison neighbourhood is a great example of seamless integration with both the property and neighbourhood.
As an infill design in an established neighbourhood, respect for the adjacent homes was key. The traditional massing features high-pitched rooflines, which largely conceal the second storey spaces in the facade, resulting in a home with a comforting, familiar presence that doesn't overwhelm its neighbours. A blend of natural materials and a warm, earth-toned colour palette further connect the home with the neighbourhood.
Situated on a smaller lot, a semi-open ground floor and unimposing second storey work to create a home that maximizes living space, while still appearing perfectly-sized for its property.
