When Interior Decorator Tina Singh of Lionsgate Design and her husband embarked on their custom home design with us, their wish list was detailed and well organized. They wanted a Georgian-style exterior for its symmetry, balance and timelessness. A grand foyer. A shared living/dining space. A great room enclosing a TV room, conversation area and eat-in kitchen. And a zen-like master bedroom and ensuite. Each of these items was checked off their wish list as they progressed through the design process, plus more. With the architecture in place, Tina was able to add her flair for design to the interior. The result is a home that reflects the personalities and design style of the homeowners.
