As a world traveller with an affinity for European style, the homeowner had an extensive list for their one-of-a-kind luxury home: a two-storey foyer, a stately spa-like master ensuite, a massive rear terrace and an indoor 45-foot pool. David translated all of their requirements into a spectacular design, beautifully executed by custom home builder Jay Robinson and Interior Designer Steven Nechacov of Showcase Interiors.

To date, this is the largest home designed by David Small Designs. It is an extraordinary home with formality in every detail. It’s a home, as David puts it, "where you drive up, you see the formality, you see the grandeur, you open the front door and you’re not let down."
