When our client from Colorado approached us with their steep hillside property in Castle Rock, we couldn't have asked for more fitting circumstances. They brought the Rock; it was up to us to deliver on the Castle.

Featuring a bridge, auto court, and attached "casita" guest house, the 4,700 square foot floor plan appropriately evokes the feeling of a stately manor. The design, however, modernizes it with clean lines, low rooflines, and expansive windows to take in the breathtaking hillside views. The use of natural stone and wood siding allows the home to be one with the land, instead of ruling it.
