Contemporary Kitchen with Warm Cherry Cabinets

This midcentury ranch home needed a kitchen remodel and the homeowners wanted to stay true to the modern history of the home. Flat cabinets were used in the kitchen in a warm, light cherry stain on the veneer doors. A marble looking quartz top was used in the kitchen and a soapstone like granite top in a sueded finish was used on the floating cabinets at the bar. Stainless steel appliances and a linear glass tile backsplash add to the updated modern feel. The kitchen is open to the living room and the dining room and a new bar area was incorporated into the space.
