Dark Stained Maple Cabinets in this Central Transitional Kitchen

This kitchen is literally in the center of this home. Three doorways, a large pass through window, and a walk in pantry on the fourth wall provided a little tricky layout for this new build home. Dark stained maple cabinets in shaker style were used throughout the entire space and a white quartz top helps make this space feel more open and airy than it is. Without any natural light and dark cabinets, it was important to light this space and have plenty of other light surfaces so it didn't become too dark. A TV over the sink allows people seated at the pass through to watch the game while hanging out with people in the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances were used and an island hood not only provides great ventilation but also gives the island the presence that it's the heart of this home.
