Rustic Modern Kitchen with Exposed Beams

http://denisequade.com

This remodeled kitchen was completely transformed by removing walls and combining the old kitchen with the old dinning room. Removing walls between the kitchen and the family room also allowed light to filter into the new space. The footprint of the appliances stayed pretty much the same and new finishes were used. Rough sawn european oak veneer doors were used in a natural finish on the perimeter and paired with a dark stained cherry island and bar area. The flat doors are Vanguard by WoodMode. The countertops are Brittanica by Cambria. The appliances include a 42" paneled french door flush inset subzero refrigerator, a wolf steam oven, a wolf wall oven, a 36" wolf induction cooktop with a down draft exhaust system behind it, a sharp microwave that pulls out on a shelf hidden behind doors, and a bosch dishwasher. This kitchen features a double trash pullout, utensil pullout, a spice drawer, wine rollouts, tray dividers, rollouts in the pantry cabinets, pot and pan drawers, deep rollouts for alcohol storage, and an organized silverware drawer.
