Two Toned Kitchen with White Painted Cabinets & Medium Stained Cherry Cabinets

http://denisequade.com

Years before, the homeowners had put new granite tops on their old kitchen cabinets. To protect the investment they had already made, a new kitchen design was created based on the layout of their granite. New white raised panel full overlay cabinets were used on the perimeter. A medium stained cherry cabinet with raised panel doors were used on the island. An open shelf was incorporated above the sink to bridge the two wall cabinets, a cabinet was put on the end of the kitchen that features glass doors on the front and a glass side panel so the objects that are displayed can be seen from two directions. Wine cubbies were incorporated above a base cabinet so we could lengthen the kitchen. A new granite top, in a different color and finish was used as an accent top. New stainless steel appliances were incorporated and the floors were refinished. Oil rubbed bronze was used for the cabinet hardware, the sink faucet, and the pendant lighting over the island. Seating was added to the island and a new light was placed over the dining table.
