Warm Maple Cabinets with Built In Beds in Attic

This attic was used spaced that this homeowner wanted to capture for her growing number of grandchildren and adult guests. Toy storage was needed so warm maple cabinets were incorporated around the window, with a window seat added for nighttime story telling. Bunks were built in where the rooflines go low and closets with drawers and pullouts allowed those angles to be taken advantage of also. Bright cheerful colors help designated the children space from the muted tones of the adult suite. Curtains were added outside the bunks for privacy.
