This condo remodel focused on updating the style of the home and creating a more functional space for our client. We worked on all the major living spaces, creating a cohesive look and feel throughout. In the entry, we repainted the door and installed new, more modern sconces in the hallway, creating a more modern feel as you enter the home.

We replaced all the cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash in the kitchen and installed updated appliances. We also removed the counter separating the kitchen and living area to create a better flow through the space. In its place, we extended the kitchen cabinets along the wall to the fireplace, creating a smooth transition from kitchen to living room, and put in a rolling island with built-in cabinets, drawers, and wine storage. This allowed us to minimize the counter space lost while providing more functional storage space in the kitchen. Using a rolling island rather than a traditional island allows the client to organize their kitchen layout to suit their needs for any occasion. We installed under-cabinet lighting throughout the kitchen to illuminate the countertops, creating a safer, more usable space to cook in low-light situations.

In the living/dining area, we replaced the mantle over the fireplace and the trim around the windows with options similar in tone to the kitchen cabinets. This created a cohesive look throughout the living space.

Upstairs, we re-did the entire bathroom, replacing the floors and tub/shower combo with a curb shower, including a shampoo niche and blocking for grab bar installation if needed in the future. We also installed a new vanity in a dark tone to match the style of the rest of the home and a mirrored medicine cabinet for an updated look and feel.
