This custom 800-square-foot ADU is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom space, with an open-plan great room and kitchen, as well as an office space. Intended for multigenerational living and aging in place, this build has several accessibility features, with space to add more as necessary. The design also included high ceilings and plenty of storage and counter space.
