West Linn Ranch Remodel
This rustic-style remodel touched on most areas of the home to create a cohesive look throughout and improve the functionality of the space. We updated all of the electrical, plumbing, and flooring in the home, as well as installed new doors, trim, and light fixtures, and repainted the entire first floor. In the living room, we put in a faux beam in the same material as the trim to bring the look together.
We re-arranged the layout of some of the appliances in the kitchen to create a more efficient flow and installed all new cabinets, appliances, and fixtures to give the space an updated look.
The layout of the hallway, master bedroom, and master bathroom wasn't working for our clients, so we reconfigured the layout of these spaces and gutted the master bathroom to create a whole new space. Instead of the tub shower they had before, we put in a walk-in shower with both a rain shower head and a detachable shower head. We also installed a double vanity and put in all new flooring and fixtures.
In the rest of the home, we put in new insulation and drywall in the home office, upgraded the fixtures in the secondary bathroom, installed new stair rails matching the style of the rest of the home to improve safety, and replaced the ceiling in the basement.
