Hillsboro Multi-Bathroom Remodel
This multi-room bathroom remodel was completed in two phases. In phase one, the focus was on installing a new bathroom in the basement. We fitted new plumbing in the basement and then framed in a new bathroom and closet. We placed a pebble tile on the floor of the shower and in the shower niche as an accent to the larger, solid tiles on the walls. We completed this space with a floating vanity and backlit mirror. To finish this phase, we installed LVP flooring throughout the basement and a framed shower door in the guest bathroom.
Phase 2 was a complete remodel of the master bathroom, except for the mirror wall that our client wanted to keep. They weren't getting much use out of their jacuzzi tub, so we removed it, allowing us to expand the shower. This gave us the space to put in a shower bench and two niches, as well as both a rain head and a hand-held shower head. To give the space a more modern feel, we installed a frameless shower door. We replaced the original vanity with a floating vanity and updated all the lighting and hardware, as well as outfitted floor-to-ceiling cabinets for additional storage. We re-tiled the floor and included a heating system for added comfort on cold days.
