I work with a number of "flippers" on redevelopment projects. This developer specializes in high end flips, and hired me to redesign the main floor floorplan which included a new kitchen design and laundry/mudroom which was an existing small office, upstairs hall bathroom and master suite. I also assisted with exterior design details which included paint colors, light fixtures, and the backyard fire pit design.
