A single level (ranch) design in radical form. This home takes on the challenge of the flat site and architectural control limiting it's height to just one story so that it reads as a tour de force of both vertical as well as horizontal massing. Subtle columns and hidden pergolas create an ever changing shadow box effect against the south facing walls and glazing. The design incorporates many passive solar methodologies as well.
