This project started with a large unfinished basement in a relatively new home. The homeowners were looking for a better view to the river located behind the home and for additional entertainment space. Their specific requests included office space for them and their children, a home theatre and equipment room, a billiards room, a second kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. They also requested a climate controlled wine cellar and tasting room as well as a sun room with a deck above that would connect two existing decks into one. Many custom built-ins were included to increase storage and display area, and a storage shed was integrated into an area under the deck for storage of lawn and sporting equipment.
