This project was centered around a home built in the 1980’s that needed some serious updating. The remodel included the kitchen, main entry and stair balustrade, laundry room, basement, four bathrooms and many custom trim details. The kitchen and all four bathrooms were completely gutted and refitted with new cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and appliances. The basement design involved removing a couple of walls to enlarge a family room space and bring in more light. The entry, stairs, living room and dining room all got a face lift with a new balustrade, arched openings, columns, and other trim details.
