CLIENT’S PAIN POINT –
These clients have been taking a pretty systematic approach to updating almost all aspects of their home. We have worked with them in several passes to update their kitchen, living room and add an expansive deck and pergola.

SOLUTION -
Included in the updated is an updated kitchen layout and rich products like Quartz and wood countertop, replacement and reconfiguration or some doors and windows in the kitchen. Elsewhere, the main floor trim was replaced and a gorgeous new see-thru fireplace hearth and mantel were installed. Their deck is spacious and we used IPE and stone decking and included a built-in grill.
