CLIENTS REASON TO REMODEL //
When the clients came to us, their deck was unusable. The decking was in need of replacing and although there were two access doors from the house to the deck, since it didn’t have stairs it felt disconnected from the yard. The patio slab was cracked and the small size made it difficult to utilize.

SOLUTION //
We worked with them to get a clear vision of what they wanted for their home and outdoor living space. After all details were finalized we got to work. Over the course of four weeks we replaced the worn out wood decking with a longer lasting option, composite flooring that requires little to no maintenance. They choose a neat metal and cable hand railing. Now they are able to walk down the stairs to their new paver patio with two styles of pavers. Not only is the space larger and more accommodating than before but the patio has a much more organic shape that softens the transition from patio to yard. In finishing off the project we did minor landscaping that matched the rest of the homes exterior.
