Cozy Covered Porch - 2017
CLIENT’S REASON TO REMODEL //
These clients came to us with a deck that didn’t have any protection from the sun or elements and layout that didn’t serve their needs. They wanted a useable deck they could enjoy and laid out a strict budget for the project.
SOLUTION //
We designed a covered porch with low maintenance materials and indirect lighting. We built out the columns to match the proportions of the porch with siding instead of masonry or stone to save costs. They now have a porch that suits their needs and is a source of pride. Looking at the pictures even years later makes me want to leave my phone in the house and sit out on this beautiful covered porch with the morning paper or a good book.
