These clients were seeking a new screened-in porch with a pitched roof to provide all-seasons access to their beautiful backyard and pool. Previously, they space had been a simple outdoor patio. They wanted a roomy porch, but the wider we went, the higher the peak, so we had to be precise with size and creative with design to accommodate the second floor windows.
