When it was determined that the ductwork under the concrete floor slab of this home would need to be removed and replaced, a kitchen remodel quickly turned into a whole house remodel. The project included a new master suite that incorporated a bedroom, master bath, and a walk-in closet/laundry room. Additional areas renovated were a second full bath, a half bath/laundry area, and the kitchen/dining room. Cabinets, flooring, fixtures, faucets and more were replaced throughout. The house was also updated with an automation system that controls lights, heating/cooling systems, audio and video to each room, and the video security system. Control of the house can be achieved through remote controls, touch screens and over the web.
