CLIENT’S REASON TO REMODEL //
This homeowner recently had purchased her new home; however the Kitchen and bathroom were outdated and didn’t suit her needs. The bathroom layout didn’t make sense to the homeowner or us. It had a shower and a tub/shower combo right next to each other.

SOLUTION // This homeowner is just full of energy and had a very clear idea about what she wanted. In the kitchen, we did minor changes to the layout to suit her needs, but replaced all the fixtures and finishes. She was happy that we were able to keep the original flooring as other contractors said that couldn’t be done. The work in the bathroom involved removing walls to include the laundry room. When we decided to include the laundry along with the bath it gave us the great opportunity to capture a hallway that previously led to the laundry. With those changes along with removing the tub/shower we were able to give her a lot more floor space and a generous tile shower and make-up station. At the end of the project we were grateful to receive a GuildQuality review from the homeowner stating “Kaufman's staff, from top (owner) to Carpenters were very professional, listening to my design vision, and giving me valuable suggestions when needed.“ We are so grateful and humbled that the relationships we build with our clients don't end when the project does.
