This was a 2 story addition to an existing house which added a living room on the first floor & a bedroom & laundry room on the second floor. The existing deck was removed & replaced with a larger deck which included an outdoor kitchen & a screened porch.

The design intent for the addition was to match the existing house, appearing as if it was always there.
