This house originated as a 2 story garrison colonial built in the 1960’s, with a detached garage connected by a short breezeway. A family of 5 in this small house prompted the homeowners to enlarge & remodel the house. The existing garage was removed & replaced with a 2 story addition, which included a 2 car deep garage. A front porch & terrace was designed across the front of the house, providing many opportunities for entertaining. All of the existing roofing, siding, windows & trim was removed and replaced. The end result was a clean, simple colonial with a modern look.
